Casino Affiliate ProgramsAffiliate Programs are online merchants who pay a commission to an advertiser (affiliate) who promotes their website or product. The product or website is promoted by posting links from their website to the merchant's website.
The commission method is decided by an agreement the affiliate and affiliate program have entered into it. Common commission methods are :
- PPC (Pay Per Click) - Where for every click you send to the merchant website, you are paid a set amount.
- CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) - For every product or service purchased, you are paid a set amount.
- Revshare - For every product or service purchased, you are paid a % of the purchased amount.
Substantial revenues can be generated through the promotion of affiliate programs. For an online merchant, recruiting affiliates to promote their products is an excellent way to sell their products/services online. It is a cheap and effective marketing strategy by getting their website out as many websites and traffic sources as possible.
How does someone become an affiliate? If you own a website, and it receives visitors, the next level is to place advertising on it. As people click on your advertising, you get paid for it!
